Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. UPDATE: What a journey. I have to give it to Andrew, this is a business he truly cares about. Anyone can call you and apologize, but few make it right. Andrew acknowledged the unacceptable delay in getting back to us and offered to come resolve the issues free of charge. He also explained to me a lot about roofing itself, and the situation i was in based on the previous work done before I bought the house.

After a long conversation and a lot of contemplation, I decided to work with them to instead do a more comprehensive fix, trusting them with more money on the table. The team was prompt, thorough, and the photos are amazing honestly.

Thank you Andrew for bearing with me on this and making it right. Again, its easy to ignore one upset customer in a corner of the business youre exiting to focus on commercial, but I dont think he wouldve been alright not resolving this, which says volumes about his character.

ORIGINAL POST: Lion Hopper completed work on my residence less than a year ago while they were in residential services. That work has come apart and is quite literally dangling from my roof, threatening to fall on cars parked below. It was to add flashing/siding around the edge to keep water from cascading off the home. The work has since
1. caused a standing water problem I have been ignored by your company about and
2. ripped off, solving the standing water problem but also shocking me in that it lasted less than one year.

My duplex neighbor and I paid over 4000 dollars for this work and I have been ignored for weeks now. I would never recommend this company, and builders should beware.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely the best experience working with Jesse Bennett and this company. Very professional, delivery of materials on time. They completed work in a day and discarded of all the trash. He worked with my insurance company to get them to cover the cost! If you need a new roof, I highly recommend Lion Hopper Exteriors!

Work was done quickly and everything looks good. Fabian was great to work with and always respond to your inquiries. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had the pleasure of working with Line Hopper Exteriors to repair a few broken shingles on the vertical section of my gambrel roof, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, their professionalism and craftsmanship were truly top-notch.

The team arrived promptly and took the time to thoroughly assess the damage, providing me with a clear and detailed explanation of the necessary repairs. Their attention to detail was evident as they carefully matched the new shingles to the existing ones, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically pleasing result.

The communication throughout the process was outstanding; they kept me informed at every step and answered all my questions with patience and expertise.
The quality of their work is evident in the flawless repair, and I am thrilled with how the roof now looks and functions. The entire experience with Line Hopper Exteriors was hassle-free and efficient, and their commitment to customer satisfaction was apparent in every aspect of their service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jesse did an excellent job. We needed a lot of work, and they took care of things no other roofer company could because of the specific skills required for a house our age. We recently have a huge tree overhanging our house and they came out here and cleared out the mess and repaired the damage. Would definitely recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lion Hopper Exteriors made the process very smooth. They worked with me and my insurance company to help file a storm claim and then helped me with all the steps leading to the replacement shingle installation. The hardest part was choosing the style of shingle I wanted. Too many nice options. I finally chose Pewter Gray (GAF Timberline HDZ) and they look perfect for my house. The roofing crew were first class and did excellent work and cleaned up everything afterwards. Thanks to all involved!
